| PIITB415 02/14/20 9:34:42 PM #4: | There needs to be term limits and politicians should be forced to retire at the average retirement age. They still get life time medical and pension. It's not about ageism, it's the fact that someone who is nearly 80 years old relies on consultants for information that they cannot grasp at all. Watching them question Mark Zuckerberg was painful because technology was so far removed from their knowledge. This isn't to say older people can't be savvy in all matters but I also wouldn't want a young person having power to vote against say, a nasa budget if they believe the Earth is flat.
