Trans athletes deserve to compete and should be included, but you really have to bang your head against a desk repeatedly to come to the conclusion that testosterone isn't an enormous performance advantage, and one that does not completely go away in some respects after lowering testosterone levels for a year. You can't undo the skeletal or mass advantages that have been piled on for 10 years of puberty. Even more complex for intersex athletes. I didn't agree with the Caster Semenya ruling even though I think the rational was sound. In summary, not enough evidence for any conclusions to be met, regardless of all the good arguments that could be made.
