I've been living in a shelter this whole time, so I don't have to worry about lack of showers or a bed, it's just being stuck this way for so long with no end in sight has left me mentally and emotionally drained.

you have the shelter part down which is good. now look for resource centers that help you. they can set yoo up with interview skills, resume assistance and even interview clothing if needed.
