His hype transformation won't kick in until 6 turns for most events and he actually loses the support benefit when he transforms. If he started in the transformed state he'd definitely be better on a Freiza team EDIT: Also look at his passive here: ATK & DEF +100%; "Transformation Boost" Category allies' Ki +2 and ATK & DEF +30% when facing only 1 enemy; "Conquest of Terror" Category allies' Ki +2 and ATK & DEF +50% when facing 2 or more enemies He's only buffing Freiza Clan allies (they're pretty much all in Conquest of Terror) if there are 2 or more enemies.
