one of his kids (5 year old son) was onboard as well as a family friend and another child. he was the pilot though, not sure if kobe flew his helicopter or had a pilot

also about a month ago the daughter in law of LSU's offensive coordinator died in a small plane crash on the way to the team's playoff game. there was a 15 year old kid on board that died as well

personal helicopters and small planes seem extremely dangerous. i can't imagine a scenario in which i would ever want to get onboard one
