I have a small amount of belly fat that I can't get rid of. I changed my diet and lifestyle a year ago and have lost 60 pounds and improved my physique slightly. But that last little bit of belly fat doesn't seem to go away. I've learned lately that cycling your amount of carbs each day, doing HIIT cardio and following TUT when lifting (time under tension) is the smart time saving key to mobilizing your fat and building muscle. So I'm following those tips and I am seeing some small improvements so far. I've gone down one notch on my belt in about 3 weeks and my biceps and triceps are noticeably larger. I am on keto as well until the end of January, so seeing improvements to my muscles while on a low-carb diet is very shocking.
