They made some nice quality of life changes from 9 that made it a bit easier to play. I don't think the powers were as useful this time as 9's were, and I don't think the stages were as challenging either. I'd still rank it up near the top but I think 9 is still king. 9 > 2 > 10 > 3 >= 4 > 7 > 6 > 1 > 8 > 5 Not sure when I'll play 11.
