I do know some stores will just accept the mistake and sell whatever it was if it wont cost a major loss (like selling a $5 item for 1 isnt as bad as a $150 item for 15). But I dont think they have to. Since it most likely wasnt false advertising (I think it needs to be intentional), its just a mistake.
