Dispute the gender sentencing if you want, thats fine. But ftr, poor people are some slick operators when it comes to getting away with shit. Ever heard of that gang leader Monster Cody? Literally fucking killed people over and over and beat the charges because they couldnt prove it, then he wrote a book about it. Hell yea they get busted a lot. But they have lots of protections, sympathetic liberal judges, virtuous public defenders, access to programs. All kinds of stuff. Lots of them fuck up over and over and over. They arent saints to be pitied imo. Except maybe the drug reoffenders, who dont commit more crime but go back repeatedly because they constantly piss hot on probation. Drug addicts. Thats kinda fucked. But even then, they are pretty dumb when it comes to making good choices. And theyd get more leeway if they had jobs.

The system wants you to be good and hold a job. Ive pissed hot for weed and got caught at a bar, they just put an ankle monitor on me for 3 months because I had two jobs and a house. A good PO doesnt care as much about little baby shit when youre handling business, especially when theyre used to meth heads that get their kids taken away and wont work.

System aint actually that bad imo, its just lots of these guys are incredibly fuckin criminal. Like... its bad. Thats why im suspicious of chick in op, she lied a lot. If she just came out and said she got raped, shed have got mad sympathy, but instead she made a bunch of shit up and tried to cover it up. Ofc cops are suspicious at that point, they hate being lied to.
