Ill used the example of vehicular homicide. Many women in my state get 10 years with 5 suspended for killing someone while driving drunk etc.
Ive seen men get 20-30, over and over. Same thing with violent assault. Women get less time, whereas of you slapped the shit out of your girl? You could go to prison for years. But i knew a guy whos girl beat him half to death with a machete and got the charges dismissed. I could do that all day, go read up on sentencing discrepancy if you dont believe me. I also mentioned sexual offenders, where the differences are even greater.
