The level design, not just the platforming and combat, but the general aesthetics of each stage, is top notch. The weapons are all useful, and the game provides many instances for you to take advantage of them. I think the game has too many instant death spike traps, as I pointed out earlier, but it still generally feels satisfying to beat each stage. It's tough without being crushing. The music is also really good, and it has some fun boss fights. I think this might actually be my favorite Classic game now! 9 > 2 > 3 >= 4 > 7 > 6 > 1 > 8 > 5 Looking forward to trying out 10 next! --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
