He continued his campaign after he was mathematically eliminated, had previously suggested he might as a third-party candidate if he lost the primaries, and wasn't just slow to endorse Hillary, but did little to help other members of the party. Bernie Sanders is a complete dick who only ever cared about himself and only registers a Democrat when running for president because he knows he can't win as an independent. Then, once he loses, he'll unregister yet again. He wasn't "mathematically eliminated", lol They were close in actual delegates for a long time. She only had a huge lead due to the massive swath of super delegates who pledged for her early (which they shouldn't be able to do, basically skews the process from the start). If Bernie actually won the normal delegate count, I doubt those super delegates would've had the nerve to override the will of the voters and toss it to Hillary anyway. He ceded the race after she had a definitive lead in (non-super) delegates. And so fucking what? Democrats and Republicans benefit from and enforce this fucking two party system, then whine and moan when someone "plays ball" and joins one of their teams b/c it's the only way to win.
