Welfare is given to almost anyone now days. High prices and low income also plays a part of it. Its better to have two part time jobs than one full time job, sometimes. As long as the part time jobs pays well. People are making bank in dispesaries too. People are starting to realize that degrees doesnt always mean more money. Its the reality of things. --- :p ...
