Dana has a pattern, he picks favorites and then he gets mad if they lose and he treats the guy who won like shit, to the point of sabotage. Example, Machida had to win SIX FIGHTS IN A ROW and KO of the night to earn a championship shot. He then defended it vs the toughest opponent at the time (Rua, who was favored by Dana) and when Machida won Dana offered Rua a rematch on the spot, and Machida didn't even have enough time to rehab from a broken hand before he had to fight Rua again (and he lost).
