By and large, people buy consoles because, even if the quality is inferior to a similarly-priced gaming PC, they can just sit down and play with little effort. Hook it up, select your game, go play. On PC, you can do a lot of stuff consoles can't (mods, etc.), but it tends to require more knowledge of how to get things to run and experimentation to get things how you want them. --- I...I shall consume.
