The polls really weren't very off though? I think the only big misses were in Michigan and Pennsylvania. Everything else came within the margin of error. Of course, you're probably concern trolling...
Primaries and caucuses tend to be harder to poll than general elections, however. You have to guess at what turn-out is going to be like, and if you don't have a good sample of a given demographic, weighting won't help you. Even so, polls in aggregate tend to capture trends well.
