| powerman1426 01/16/20 10:26:15 PM #24: | They look to have installed a new tub/shower, but the surround doesn't reach all the way down, and isn't sealed, the attic floor looks to have been wet, and one of the walls where it joins the ceiling is wrinkled, making me think there was an issue there as well. I'd highly recommend an inspection before even starting to get interested. I don't know your prices in the area, the land is decent but if the buildings are shot out you're setting up for heartache --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
