When was the last time you've had lab work done? Could be a developing immune issue.Or lack of a certain minerals in your system. Lesions on my arms (and elsewhere but mainly on my arms) were one of the first noticeable physical symptoms, along with a cough, for me. These developed over a year until things got worse and I ended up in the ER because I couldnt swallow or breathe very well/without tremendous pain (lungs and esophagus were infected badly).
