It was sort of hard to follow this so I might be wrong, but my understanding is that unlike most anime movies this was getting a normal theatrical run, in addition to some type of special showings tonight and tomorrow which were announced well in advance. I haven't really followed it at all so I'm not sure (I found about the showings from this topic). But previous anime movies around here have also gotten extra showings at times. --- Link isn't the only one who kicks ass.
