| banananor 01/15/20 9:57:18 AM #2: | a bunch! i want to say every time i was searching for a job it took a couple interviews to get back into the groove. the more comfortable you are with the interview process, the better you will perform. Not that I've done these myself, but the pockets of advice I have are: always tell the truth but up-play your true strengths, always rely on the interviewer to disqualify you, never assume your interviewer's or recruiter's role at the company, always mention the good things about your past employers, and never take phone interviews while on your current employer's property unless you have their support and permission to do so. Hopefully you can imagine some interesting stories based on those pitches Funniest interview I had was one where the interviewer started complaining that nobody wanted to take the job- right in the middle of interviewing me. --- You did indeed stab me in the back.
