When you're younger, diet isn't as important. Especially with a faster metabolism. And it's just easier because you are usually more active. But AFAIK, everyone has abs. They just aren't showing because of a little fat over them. Even if you're skinny. Or something like that. To get them to show, you have to lose the fat in that area. Depending on your size (and how much you have in that area), you have to lose a certain amount for them to show. The problem is, I don't know which exercises are the best to lose that fat. I just know that usually diet is important. You need to have the energy to workout, and the food to live. But at the same time, you can eat certain foods, or too much of the correct foods, to where it covers the abs again... They do have many videos on youtube, though. Find one that works for you and your schedule... And body. I also heard it won't be an over night things, and could take weeks or months. So, be prepared to stick to it if that's what you want...
