While the article says its not laziness, it sure seems that way since the mail people actually do normally walk the mail. By that, I mean they park at one corner, walk the mail to every house up the street, then back down, then drive to the next block or whatever and do it again. Not to mention, its one of the few streets in town with curbside mailboxes. Very rare for this town. To me, its not a big deal. I have a house mailbox, and my mail people walk it and dont complain.
