But if what you're saying is he left a similar job for your job (but is NOW the boss) then thats real iffy. Again it could come to the work load or he just really values having healthcare. In that case I probably wouldn't switch because he's losing the 20K plus what they take out of each paycheck, and unless hes super sickly I doubt hes using those benefits. Maybe now as a supervisor hes doing better? lots of things to take into consideration.

Yes she left a similar job with fewer responsibilities for this job that had less pay.
