This is definitely what people mean when they say "They're just going to complain anyway." There's not really much to complain about, here. You can transfer/trade for the Pokemon without paying a cent for the DLC, so it's not like they're forcing you to buy anything. And unlike previous games where if there was a new Pokemon or form in the third game and you HAD to buy the third game for it, you can just trade for those, too.
