Admittedly I have only played carcassonne with 4 where it just felt like a luck dominated game. Catan (admittedly I think i've only ever played with one of the expansions) has too much of the win more effect. Also usually you can't trade with people that are new to it because they don't really know what they need. Ticket to Ride is something super easy to get people into and fun. It's a little simple in strategy but there is enough there to be entertaining, and turns are fast. Also tag. A few games on here that sound interesting and a few that i've played that I would rate (slightly) higher but excited to see what the top ranks are --- DPOblivion beat us all. ...
