Murphiroth 01/07/20 4:46:44 PM #492:	Nah the shiny rate is the standard 1 in 4096 it's been for several gens. There are a few things that can increase it even in the early game though. Chain catching/defeating the same Pokemon repeatedly offers an increase and even outside of chaining encountering the same Pokemon over and over slightly increases the rates.
