This video just recently resurfaced. There's been a lot of shadiness and irregularities found with international Adoption agencies. So much so that Ethiopia has shut the practice down and The Congo is doing the same. A lot of times parents are lied to any the terms of the adoption. Some led to believe they're children are going to boarding school so they can get an education, only to find that they'll never see their children again.
