While Psi-Missing didn't qualify for this list (not being from last decade, but the one before that), I don't think even that would have beaten this one. I probably could have put any number of Index/Railgun openings somewhere on this list, SeeS Visions and Sister's Noise deserve at least some honorable mention for coming close, but it was going to be Roar from the second I first heard it. Maon kills it with the vocals, driving the song with high energy, as the enormous cast of characters get their seconds in the spotlight. The action in the last 40 seconds or so is intense, stunning to watch, and just makes for a real treat every time you see it. --- Spare me your obsolete empathy The voice of sympathy means nothing to me ...
