Lard, butter, eggs, cream, real sugar, etc but they didn't have massive heart disease rates and cancers. We didn't have a kid in every class with a fatal food allergy. Monocrops, factory farming, depleted nutrients in the soils, chemical additives, and bee die-offs and fucking Monsanto is going to kill us way before global warming even gets a crack at it. I didn't know that we were supposed to eat sugar. Also meat if it's kept cool isn't going to rot that fast either. Neither is dairy. Also lol at the Monsanto comment. There is nothing wrong with GMOs.
