Most bread is made with wheat flour, so technically it's all "wheat" bread, even if it's just white flour and food coloring. Even "whole wheat" just means it contains a non-zero quantity of whole wheat flour. If it doesn't say "100% whole wheat", it probably isn't. And "multigrain" doesn't necessarily mean 100% whole grain, either. Almost all commercial mass-produced pumpernickel is made with food coloring as well.
