I was curious so I had a look and the only games to reach top 3 in the past decade that aren't RPGs or third-person action adventures (most of which are basically RPGs) are Smash Bros Ultimate, Super Smash Bros. 4, Cuphead (by virtue of stronger exclusives knocking each other out) Bayonetta 2, Borderlands 2 (which is RPGish) and Super Mario Galaxy 2. --- I just decided to change this sig.
