I agree. I've gone long periods of time without certain drinks or food. And the cravings don't go away. They just get stronger and stronger until I have to have it... I mean, it's most likely different for everybody, so it might work for him, but Idk... But I hear this all the time... Well, online...

Maybe. Maybe not... Personally, I just like the taste. Though, if that does ever happen, I think it's way off in the future...

Is this really that hard to work out? Eating and drinking more healthy is easy enough if you want to follow that.

I also agree with this... You could probably willpower your way into eating and drinking healthier... Or buy only healthier stuff, then you'll have to eat it to survive...
