captpackrat 01/02/20 10:44:04 PM #29: | Aldi has some really good sparkling water for much MUCH cheaper than La Croix. Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, and plain. I use the plain sparkling water to make my own sodas, such as apple cider vinegar soda, or pomegranate soda. I usually use honey or agave syrup, but I guess you could use artificial sweetener. I use a blend of sweeteners for my iced matcha au lait. When you mix them together, the aftertaste of each artificial sweetener cancels each other out. I add 1 packet each of aspartame, sucralose, stevia, and sugar (you can leave this out and add monk fruit), and two spoons of matcha into a large glass, add enough hot water to dissolve everything, then ice cubes to cool it down, and finally fill the glass the rest of the way with milk. --- Minutus cantorum, minutus balorum, Minutus carborata descendum pantorum. ...
