The "roast" maintained it's shape surprisingly well (though obviously cutting it was a little challenging) Flavor was great. I really wish I used more wine or reduced it less because the sauce was really rich and tasty. Bacon was great and nicely crisp on the edges, potatoes really took on the flavor of the pork (though the reactions in the show were obviously super overblown).
