Let's not forget our previous winners... 1997 - Castlevania: Symphony of the Night 1998 - Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow 1999 - Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage 2000 - Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal 2001 - Super Smash Bros Melee 2002 - Metroid Prime 2003 - Prince of Persia: Sands of Time 2004 - Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 2005 - Resident Evil 4 2006 - Okami 2007 - Super Mario Galaxy 2008 - Persona 4 2009 - Uncharted 2: Among Thieves 2010 - Super Mario Galaxy 2 2011 - Portal 2 2012 - Xenoblade Chronicles 2013 - Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds 2014 - Super Smash Bros for Wii U 2015 - Rocket League 2016 - Dark Souls III 2017 - Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2018 - Super Smash Bros Ultimate Rules are simple... 1) Nominate up to 10 games released in North America in 2019. If you nominate 10 games, your top ranked game gets 10 points. If you nominate only 5 games, your top ranked game gets only 5 points. 2) Full on remakes like Resident Evil 2 and Link's Awakening are fine. Ports are not (Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn, Onimusha, etc) 3) In the next post will be a list of notable releases, but as always, new unmentioned games are welcome as long as they meet the criteria for entry.
