You know, I never really suspected Tsumugi as the mastermind, mostly because I didn't feel like inactivity in the plot was much of a red flag, seeing as though Yasuhiro and Kazuichi didn't really contribute all that much to the surviving cast.

I pretty much just assumed it would somehow be Junko again, or some outside party at the very least. In DR1, the mastermind was someone who died in one of the opening scenes (more specifically, someone who was never actually in your group). In DR2, it was the same person again, a person/AI who was never actually in your group.

So I was expecting something like that again.
