#402:

Suddenly, poorly designed 3D faces appear and start yelling random fandom slangs. The horror.

Oh hey, Sayaka just spoke with Tsumugi's voice. That's one less guess I have to make.

In the end, the series starts and ends with Sayaka. Poetic.

The V... was a 5. The twists keep coming.

The names of the games of DR4 onwards sound pretty boring tbh.

That trailer I had to see in the beginning suddenly got a lot creepier.

The million dollar question is whether those 11 people died or not. I'm going with yes, because Future Arc already pulled that twist enough.

"We are all fictional"? Okay, now my brain got twisted. A person cannot "discover they are fictional", unless V3 is also fiction inside another fiction which is just lame.

I love how Nagito is the one who gets to tell them they have no talent.

Hmm let me go through this:

Shuichi is an amazing detective, alright. But he's not MUCH better than Makoto or Hajime so that's not impossible.
Kaito was never really an astronaut.
Maki knows about assassinations, but those memories may have been implanted. We've never seen her asassinate anyone, except for Kaito/Kokichi, which was pretty sloppy anyway.
Kiyo knows anthropology, but that can be implanted too.
Gonta's entomology? Implanted. Though his super strength would be harder to fake. But that's not an ultimate talent so whatever.
Miu invented a lot of cool things, but those things could have been enabled by stage props.
Himiko can do real magic... or can she? The tank she was given was ridiculously easy to use.
Tenko is never seen actually making any difficult moves.
Angie made some real good effigies though. This one is hard to fake. Then again, she thinks Atua made them for her, so maybe they just put het to sleep and then placed the effigies there.
Rantaro's talent isn't even a talent.
Kokichi's talent is already fake by definition.
Keebo is... dressed as a robot? Or maybe robots are just real but the stuff he did in 3-6 was helped by props.
We never see Kaede playing the piano.
Ryoma never plays tennis during the story, either.
Kirumi is all about her backstory, which is fake, and wanting to serve people, which is a desire not a talent. Well she is good at making food, so there's that. Unless the food is also provided by the staff.

Most of those are easy to fake, though some are pretty hard to pull off. Shuichi's is probably the hardest, which is fitting because he is the MC so his arc could be about becoming real. Keebo and Angie require some imagination but money can do anything.

Damn, RL Shuichi is so lame.

In DR2, the protagonist learns he is a psycho. In V3, he learns he is a loser.

Damn they even predicted Shuichi getting good at it.

This setting is arguably the most despair-inducing yet. With all the character development being fake. It's like victory doesn't even matter anymore. The mastermind is just an employee.

Kaede and Kaito are assholes in RL. I think I'm just gonna disregard all the "real" versions of the characters for my ranking, tbh.

"Junko" is making the same point she made in Despair Arc. If Despair = Chaos, people want it because order is boring. But in this universe, instead of killing each other, they make a reality show for it. Humans jsut want to see blood. I mean, I'm playing a game about death myself right now.

This section is going for too long. I get it, everything sucks, move on.

Bad End? Wut?
