The only ones I've played have been 5, 8, 9, and 11 and would probably rank them as 8 > 5 > 11 >>>> 9, though the first three are pretty interchangeable. I checked online to see which other DQ's are highly regarded, and read that the mobile/DS version of 4 has a bizarre localization or it'd probably be the next-best one. So I'm looking at 3 and 6, also.
