We're getting HOCs early, the upcoming rescue event conspicuously doesn't mention a vote (unless it's a typo), and Hanyang's lewd L2D is finally being added to the game.

I'm aware of the reputation Gamepress has for guide quality and accuracy but they have been improving a lot on GFL info.

If we're not getting a Neural Upgrade batch this month, then we should be getting one in February. We'll probably be getting Chapter 8 Night in that month too, based on the Sunborn rep stating "getting it early next year."
