Topic	Is there a food that hurts you but you eat it anyway?

I wasn't about to go through all that effort to crack one shell to get one tiny seed so I just shoveled them in my mouth when I ate and swallowed it all. A day or two later pooping would be problematic. Some of the shells wouldnt digest well and would be like corn in poop, which made for an excruciating shit because the shells are pointy.
