Topic	Is there a food that hurts you but you eat it anyway?

I've learned how to manage (such as never eat ice cream on an empty stomach), but I'm still uncomfortable every time I eat things with dairy in it. But just a little too much makes for a long day or night I recently had dental work done and couldnt eat anything too hard. I ate a bunch of ice cream on an empty stomach. My wife was shocked.
