Carries mom is the main villain of Carrie, and the point of the story is a life so tragic and torturous that it would turn anyone bad. He kidnaps a woman and starts destroying the city, and has to be stopped. The humans are also villains but there are a lot of stories with all villains and no heroes. In particular, villains arent determined by intentions but actions.
