Here's the thing. At the time TLJ came out, people were under the misconception that the movie was for general audiences. Therefore everyone went to see it and a lot of people were disappointed and gave it bad reviews. The critics knew that it was a bad film and had to pretend to like it to balance out the negative audience scores. Fast forward two years later. There are no longer any misconceptions. We all know that the Star Wars movies are now for SJWs instead of a general audience. Since only the SJWs are in the audience, of course the audience score will be high enough that critics no longer have to make up for it.
