Topic	How much control over your work hours do you have?

Something good and bad about my job is no extra pay for overtime. Instead of more money, you get more time. So, Ill make the same amount of money working longer hours. But that means I can use that extra time to get days off. Which I could either rest, or go to another job to make even more money.
