Yeah I should say that while they'll let me choose my start time, it's something that I have to pick and stick with for a while. I can't just pick a random start time every other week. Manager would get annoyed having to adjust the timeclock that much Yeah. Our boss probably doesnt like doing it much. So, if we have to come in later, he just writes notes so we arent late. If they just never set the times clocks up for us to have to come in at a certain times, things would be better.
