Topic	How much control over your work hours do you have?

HR doesnt like to touch on this subject as it really depends on your role and I work for a fairly large institution, but I noticed the de facto core hours are between 10 and 4. You can expect everyone to be there between those hours. However, when there is an external need like having an appointment it is very flexible.
