My opinion is that changes to the rules and dispute system have been a good step forward, and anyone who has been on this site long enough would hopefully agree. But for users taking issue with interpretations of rules or the workings of the system... I don't know what to say. I can't change them for you, and I can only be held accountable for my own actions and decisons. Even saying that, the people who take issue will still not feel satisfied with that answer. So uh...
