Withholding military aid that had already been authorized by congress from Ukraine in exchange for Ukraine investigating and interfering with one of his political rivals (Biden). Obstruction of justice is another one which he did by threatening witnesses in the impeachment hearings and attempt to prevent his own staff from testifying.
