It just doesn't hold up to what it was back in its time. When I was younger. When I thought all the screaming and powering up and... questionable dialogue was actually good.
The dub sucks! Can't do anything about the screaming and powering up though. And the pacing of the original series is terrible.
Even Kai felt slow when I watched, can't imagine watching the original again.
YYH's dub was actually on par with the original track, and this coming from someone who generally hates all anime dubs.
