Not sure if the House can request SCOTUS expedite this because it'd be kinda important and relevant atm but I'm not holding my breath and with arguments in March even if they somehow handed down a ruling in a day by then the Senate trial has surely ended. Well, they've expedited things before. They decided Bush v. Gore in 3 days. And I think checks and balances requires the executive to have immunity from this kind of thing. Otherwise the President would be below Congress.
